The lowdown on baby comforters

Did you use a comforter for your baby? Did you know what one was or which to choose? Baby comforters have been used over many years, but the new wave of baby comforters offer lots for you and your baby. A good comforter is designed to soothe your baby and make them feel secure so they can safely drift off to sleep, or settle back down if they wake, and a better night's sleep for both of you (hopefully) is the end result. Great features include playing womb sounds (Prince Lionheart Slumber Bear/Ewan The Dream Sheep), pink noise - which is similar to white noise but more effective - for older toddlers (Ewan again) meaning you can maintain a good sleep pattern beyond the baby months, and newborn comforters like the Cuski comforter, designed to be slept with by mum and/or dad and then given to baby, complete with mum & dad's soothing smells on it.
